Job Title: Compressed Air Service Engineer

Contract: Permanent – Full Time

A&B Air Systems are looking to grow their talented team by recruiting a new Compressed Air Service Engineer. The successful candidate will get to join a family run business that has been trading since 1992 and has since grown to be one of the largest compressed air companies in the region. A&B Air Systems offer on going fully funded training to employees, giving all the potential of progression within the company. As a Compressed Air Service Engineer you will be expected to:

• Carry out planned maintenance and services on a variety of compressors and compressed air systems.
• Carry out planned work that has been previously identified by other engineers.
• Detail your findings and report back to management on additional required works.
• Confidently suggest improvements to the customer.

• 24 days holiday plus bank holidays.

You will have:

• A minimum of 2 years experience within the compressed air industry including experience with air dryers, filtration, and pipework systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence while communicating with and advising customers.
• Good mechanical/ electrical engineering skills.
• Good product knowledge of compressed air equipment.
• Knowledge of Ingersoll Rand, CompAir, Hydrovane, HPC and Atlas Copco machines.
• Confidence with industry Health & Safety regulations.
• Fact-finding and diagnostic abilities.
• Be local to LL13 (preferred)
• Hold a full UK driving license (preferred)
• Hold GCSE or equivalent (required)
• English Language (required)
